These terms describe how Puttfolio works, what we ask of players, and the ground rules for using the platform and the cards in your collection.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating a Puttfolio account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Puttfolio. By signing up, you confirm you meet that requirement and that you are not located in a country where the service is restricted.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and connected wallet secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.
4. Golfer cards and on-chain ownership
Puttfolio golfer cards are non-fungible tokens (NFTs) issued on the Immutable zkEVM blockchain. You own the token associated with each card in your connected wallet. Ownership of an NFT does not grant rights in the underlying player likeness, name, or related intellectual property, which remain with their respective rights holders.
5. Fair play and conduct
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automation to play.
- Do not attempt to manipulate scoring, leaderboards, or rewards.
- Do not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Do not harass other players in any community channel.
6. Rewards and prizes
Real-world prizes are awarded at Puttfolio's discretion based on tournament-week leaderboards. Specific prize details, eligibility, and shipping terms are announced per tournament and may vary by region.
7. Intellectual property
All Puttfolio branding, artwork, and software are owned by Puttfolio or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use the platform's assets outside of normal in-game use.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Puttfolio is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific game outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Puttfolio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
